In 2008, my daughter was given the gift of horse riding lessons for her 10th birthday by her grandparents. After much research, they decided upon the 4 B Ranch. After visiting the ranch myself, I can fully see why they made the choice to go with the 4 B Ranch.
This beautiful ranch is the epitome of what a horse ranch should be. The grounds are very well maintained, the stables immaculate, and the horses healthy and lovingly cared for. Phil, Kathy, Phil Jr., and staff are personable, committed, professional experts.
One particular aspect of my daughter’s training I liked was the fact that she didn’t just “show up and ride” to have fun. She was expected to show up to groom and prepare the horses beforehand, have a great time riding, then learn how to groom the horses, put away the tack, and clean up afterward. She was able to get the full experience along with the responsibilities. This experience only strengthened her love of horses and her desire to one day become a large animal veterinarian.
If you are looking for boarding, training, or riding lessons, I highly recommend the 4 B Ranch.

I have been taking lessons since September of 2007. On my first few lessons, I learned how to groom horses the right way thanks to Kathy and Phil. Since my couple lessons I was learning how to stop and make the horse walk. I was also learning how to make the horses turn the right way. Now I can corto and control the horse very well. But I’m still practicing on controlling the horse.
Now on every Saturday my friends and I go to the ranch to help and learn with the Bonanno’s. At the ranch we clean stalls, and groom the horses and learn how to clean tack. Kathy also said that you need to keep the stalls clean to keep the flies away and for the horses well being. When we finish we go and visit the horses in the pasture
When I take my first step into the barn each visit I get a friendly welcome. I think very great of the Bonanno’s. In 2008 I would like to learn bathe, gallop and continue on the road of learning about horses. I am ready to move on.
Thank You.

The past few months I have been taking lessons at 4 B Ranch. Ever since I started I know more about horses and how to keep proper care of them than anyone in my family thanks to the Bonanno’s. Each lesson I really enjoy how nice they are to me. They are like my family
My first lesson I started with little and easy things, like how to groom the horse and how to make the horses walk. In the beginning Kathy would hold the rope while I was riding just in case. Later, after I got used to riding and grooming, I learned to corto the horse without Mrs. Kathy holding the rope. Finally that brings us to 2008 where I will learn to gallop, bathe, and get my own horse. I’ am ready to move on.
Thank You.
